On November 11, we had the first ultrasound.  At this point in the pregnancy, everything was still a little surreal.  Melanie wasn't really showing yet, she hadn't had any morning sickness.....  Life was pretty much the same as before.  On this morning though, we got to hear our little baby's heartbeat for the first time and it was an experience that even words can't do justice.  175 BPM and looked right on schedule for June 20.
